Those are tracing wheels (yellow and blue)used to mark fabric for seams and darts….they are used with tracing paper

Your husband loves you so much. Stay well for him and you. He just wants you to have everything. Wow. My ex husband was a miserable man and would give me 50 a month for groceries in the 80s. I learned how to stretch a buck. He was horrible. I was a stay at home mom because I was a secretary and it didn't make sense to pay for childcare. Don't get me wrong I'm was so happy to stay home and bring up my kids. I got to see all their milestones. I'm very grateful for that
