Honestly, I kinda like this version better. Last winter, I spent a lot of time commuting across the city at dawn and dusk on transit, and I would frequently put on the more relaxing Freedom Planet themes as a way to calm my mind before work. Something about riding a bus or tram through a city in winter darkness while listening to this song is just pure bliss.

Serpentine's theme is kinda just "oh look its this asshole again" and he has the personality to back it up, yet hes consistently one of the biggest threats in the game. every time he appears you KNOW there is a damn good reason for it.

0:15 - 0:23 dont know what it is about that sound but I love it.
