sorry to say,gulaba is much lower a place,they should have taken you to rohtang pass,you would have enjoyed a real snowy affair their.it seems they misled you by saying that Rohtang is closed now or something like that but seeing the the snow at gulaba i can assure you that the road to rothang pass was open and these tour operators cheated you.
