I worry for her and the 3 children when he's out.. He won't let this go, and he will use the children to get back at her, as he knows it's the only way he can hurt her now.. I hope they're surrounded by protection, they deserve to live a beautiful life.

England is falling apart as we speak. It mite be said that indeginous ppls around the World, have been waiting for this time. There are good white ppl here & else where, who wont support racist remarks in this world. If you want to be a hero go defend your ancestral homeland. Then maybe youl receive a heros welcome when you return. Oh & Aotearoa nz citizenship.

So much for women looking after women, 15 years and no other women stepped forward! She was a victim of small town violence where men and especially the police also women for16 years turned a blind eye, the cowards mentality! This is what happens in small isolated towns/communities world wide where people often lack any sense of responsibility for their follow human beings usually simply out of fear, shocking! The men and especially the police(!) now older will have time to think about how they stood by an watched a woman and her kids suffer while doing nothing or not enough, men (can't really call them men) at their worst. Notice how the prosecutor doesn't mention the lack of police or law enforcement involvement over 15 years, this is because the police work together with the gangs in NZ as police are never made accountable for their lack of involvement or following up by investigating instances of gang violence, probably because themselves living in the same town would be threatened by the gang. What a way to live!

Pakeha are jealous of the beautiful connection Maori have with this land and their ancestors. It stings not to have an equivalent which causes pakeha to lash out and attempt to stop Maori exercising their ancestral rights.

Now imagine not being allowed to have a culture, not allowed to know who your ancestors are, if you try you're stomped out by society, all around you you're bombarded with lies about your people. No help, no support, not even your own people are allowed to listen instead they're taught to hate themselves and forced to fight against you. A global minority, stolen from God, their ancestors stolen from them, driven from their lands and scattered throught the world and forced to adapt to a majorities world. This is the "pakeha" experience, the tragic tale of less then 10% of the world's population who aren't allowed to be who they are, they're not even allowed a homeland. No wonder middle aged "White" men comitt suicide so much.

The fact that she said she doesn't blame her family and friends for not helping when they abandoned her one-by-one, simply because they were afraid of him, says a lot about her courage and forgiveness. As many have a said already, this isn't domestic violence, this is essentially a home invasion and kidnapping.

Racism???? 🤷‍♂️ ……oh please give me a bloody break! Labelling this racism where there is no actual indication of racial intent OR that the police response was somehow deliberately lack lustre due racial prejudice is ridiculous! Can we please stop this BS of labelling everything racist! This is a horrible story of someone doing something terribly reckless and dangerous out of stupidity and poor impulse control. The police response was also terrible but claiming police reacted differently to “other shootings” is gaslighting because it’s quite normal for police to react differently when one is a slug gun “shooting” (extremely rare to be fatal and exponentially less alarming from a policing perspective) to the police response of an actual “shooting” in play with live fire rounds in real guns. How can an issue like this be resolved when all the headless chickens run around screaming “racism” “racism”. Further, a father fuelled with PTSD, and anger (both understandable) goes and confronts the man who allegedly shot the slug gun, violently assaults him at a time when there was no immediate or current threat and after the fact cries “I was defending my family”. Wow, ok, let’s just ignore the assault and battery because his “feelings” make it justified? My god the hypocrisy of humans is astounding. Zero critical thinking, zero rationality. Now we have all the local standing on pedestals of virtue crying racists! Yeah so virtuous….so decent, pfffft take the police out of the situation and these “righteous locals” would have turned up at his door the same way the father did, labelled him without anything but circumstantial evidence, tried him in a kangaroo court and lynched him as a racist. Pffffft the only innocent party in all this is the boy. (I do believe on the balance of circumstantial evidence that this guy likely fire the slug gun, but we have courts for a reason, a very bloody good reason. Because “town justice” and vigilantism is extremely dangerous to ALL)

What I don't get is why didn't any of his family jump in when he first got hooked in the hall? Wasn't any of his male family there aswel? Even him having to run it I don't get why none of his family didn't follow behind either, just let him run away on his own. So sad RIP Jermaine 🕊
