This is clearly a Female Frisk, and I can tell because the voice is higher than a male child would have. Much higher. One of Toby's best decisions was to make you decide, in your imagination, if Frisk was a boy or a girl. Personally, I see Frisk and Chara as both male. Unfortunately, most people seem to miss Toby's intent and do.... welll..... Kris and Frisk screaming as they went to rip out their Souls was hilarious.
