Ive been doing a good amount of labs and watching simulations in the morning. You are the first (in my admittedly shallow dive) lab simulator channel that actually answers these correct! I appreciate the helpful insight on these!

This channel was the last channel I came across just 3 days to my core1 exam. I scanned through your content; and it was easy to see how much of yourself you poured into ensuring we scale through and pass at a go. I dedicated the entire 2 days sleeping and crunching on your teachings and ensuring I understood the core concepts illustrated. I must indeed appreciate you for your hard-work and willingness to share knowledge and educate us by breaking these into very simple terms and narratives. I passed my exams on 03/06 night just few hours ago at once. I finally found myself a real Coach! Thank you; Thank you; Thank you 🙏

I believe striping provides performance boost but not any increase of redundancy. Thus RAID 1 and RAID 10 provide the same redundancy. Either drive can take over in a mirror if one fails. That's better than parity. So you do want mirroring over parity. But what is meant by "high-end" Does that mean they want the best performance as well? If so then RAID 10 is correct since it has the striping for better performance, and mirroring for best redundancy (over parity). And keep in mind RAID provides no backup.

Is It good to use HDMI to VGA adapter for long time on GPU?
@arnislacis90645 ай бұрын
It is possible to convert DVI-D to VGA, using DVI-D male to HDMI female adapter and then plug in HDMI to VGA active adapter. I mostly avoid this, because most of the video cards have HDMI, so that HDMI to VGA Adapter could be plugged in directly. On GeForce GTX 900 series or AMD Radeon R5, R7, R9 200 series or HD 7000 series have DVI-I output, so simple DVI-I to VGA Adapter is sufficient. Btw, VGA connector supports up to 2048x1536 85Hz, but it really depends on video card, most video cards are limited to 1920x1200 60Hz.
@CoachMikeyStudios5 ай бұрын
Hello there, You can use analog or digital without converting the signal. [dvi-a -> vga] 640x480 / 60hz is the native resolution dating from 1987. Yes it possible to use other conversions and get other resolution with today’s graphics cards. This is not on the CompTIA examination though. Thank you so much for watching and supporting me. I appreciate it. ❤️ .
@arnislacis90645 ай бұрын
@@CoachMikeyStudios I often use DVI-I to VGA Adapter on my GeForce GTX 960, because I have VGA monitor easily accessible, and it is more efficient than using active converter, because active converter actually consumes energy.
