The ECOVACS company is a fraud , they sent me a faulty product and now l have been chasing them for 3 months. Request number 506096 and no response. They are fraud, charge you the money and not even refund it and keep the product itself. I can share almost 20 emails and the invoice.

Worst product ever i purchased. Brokedown within 10 days of use. Customer service is horrible. 3 service visits done. Motherboard changed. Nothing works. Tech team talks like a robot. Doesnt understand human beings.
