Do you need to have training peaks premium to sync workouts? I don’t have the green check mark on the training peaks app but my workouts normally sync to Garmin

Contacted Garman and they told me it was on TrainingPeaks problem. TrainingPeaks told me they have a problem with their software and they were working on it. They must’ve fixed it because it is working today.
