AMAZING!!!

That was such a heartfelt story of such a beautiful hotel and location. I bet it's the pride of all who work there and the envy of hoteliers the world over. The perfect way that they managed to preserve the beauty of what was the original hotel and enhance it's character into the 21st century. Me and my husband have visited quite a few times and | hope that one day we will be able to stay. Oh, what a treat that would be. Heaven on earth xx

Looks very luxurious. The virtual tour is difficult to view. I became a bit annoyed. Would love to see more though

I used to stay at “old” Sandy Lane with my parents before it was refurbished. It was understated, and beautiful. OK there were power cuts, the odd frog in the pool, and the side wings had corrugated iron roofs, but you didn’t have to pay a fortune, get placed on the beach, or pay another small fortune for golf or room service. All Watersports were complimentary, there were open (and free) tennis lessons. Tennis courts were across the road as well as close to the hotel, and some kind member of staff always bought cold drinks over. No TV’s or noisy music in the rooms. Just peace! There was a TV room if you wanted it, and when I was on local TV...for teaching, and charity work...a Tv was set up close to the beach, for all to watch...... I was such a lucky girl. That stunning beach, the wonderful staff, and the amazing “ Ken”, a legend who took care of the beach daily, and then came and had a beer with my beloved (and sadly departed) Pa. The staff were amazing. I know everything has to change, but come on Sandy Lane...why did you turn into an overpriced glitzy palace. Very sad. Try Coral Reef Club, and get a glimpse of old Sandy Lane.
