What is the running wattage of your system? This looks fantastic, well worth the investment, especially if you plan to live there long term as you age and want to shovel less and less lol

50 yrs ago when our town built a new library, they installed this in all the walkways surrounding. But found that unless it was left on24/7 the walkways re-froze and was worse and more expensive in the long run than anticipated. I'm glad it works for you. How is it after 2 yrs?

I own two 100 year old houses and sagging floors is something I've had to live with and remodel around for years. I've done a fair share of searching for leveling solutions and how to cut tapered angles on 2x4 etc. This is a fantastic video that thoroughly explains the process. Your GC is a knowledgeable guy and explains everything very well. Thank you for the video

God loves you and I know you’ve heard this many times throughout your life but I’d love it if you would just give him another try with an open mind I’m sure he’d love it and reveal his truth to you, love you and great idea I’m thinking about putting this around my homestead one day I’m not sure though. ❤❤❤

I’ve followed you on Tik Tok for a couple years now. As a home owner, I run into problems I don’t have a solution to. Sloping stairs to the left just happens to be one of those problems currently. Glad I came across this video. I knew instantly I was in good hands with the information provided, due to your Tik Tok presence. Thank you so much. ❤

I’ve been wondering what you’d do when you finished - btw, it’s looking fabulous; the wooden floors are so warm with the medium light - and can’t wait to see what you fill it with furniture-wise. But, have you given any thought to even beyond that point? Maybe add some rental properties and renovate them? You guys are too good at videography, etc. to let your talents go to waste once this space is complete…

I believe that NYC building code/fire code prohibits you from covering more than 20% of your roof with combustible materials. Composite materials like Timbertech are considered apparently-at least by DOB. So, before you pursue the timer tech on your roof much further, I suggest you research this a bit more. A good alternative is to use lightweight 2’x2’ porcelain pavers on pedestals. They’re really nice looking, and you won’t get in trouble w DOB
