I was having an issue and found your video , but mine was a little different it wouldn't return and was grinding and i had to help it return. this was only a day old printer. it was doing it on slots 2 and 3 come to find out the rubber roller in the front must of came lose in shipping. i pushed both down and it snapped in and working fine.

This was something that worked for me on my first printer years ago. Gluestick on glass or mirror usually releases at 42 c. Flexplates are the way to go now days. I usually put Nano Polymer adhesive on them.

The dog is slightly raised...they did the layers thinner which allowed for less dimension.

If you can't put it back on. Amazon sells it,forgot what its called. It was backing for my led's on my tv. Also most resin printers don't use it. You can email Uniformation on there website to see what they recommend.

Another friend here in town had the same issue. When I hear back from him tomorrow I will let you know what he did. This is my exact link I purchased from here. The one in the description was a random one I found for the video, thinking they were all the same. I have since updated the other link. www.etsy.com/listing/1471839122/gear-clock-v1-laser-cut-files-for?click_key=0228e820612ece0a92a2ad3ebbdd8653be713fbf%3A1471839122&click_sum=e9773bff&ref=shop_home_recs_1&pro=1&sts=1

Jerry, great looking clock. Clocks have been one of my 3D printing projects, and I found that ones that actually use the printed parts to move look great, but rarely work well, the ones that keep good time use the quartz movements like you did. I like doing both. They can be a challenge to assemble

Great print.great video.i been using the cue tip trick myself.i been using 8k water washable from elegoo on my jupiter se and love it.curious about going with a higher k resin just to see if there's a noticeable difference.i went with a water washable because I'm cheap lol water is cheaper than ipa.i do use a little ipa to clean with a toothbrush on hard to reach shiny spots but other that that I'm loving this hobby.thanks for the video.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Have you tried a comparison of your results with the "dot-width adjust" setting activated? The value should be around 60% of your selected "Line Interval" (in your case about 0.033). The rough theory behind this is, that your laser can only produce round dots, but the dithering is displayed in squares. The adjustment tries to compensate this difference and should result in a more detailed image. Best regards
