Ok so mine doesn't have the button. Mine is a "pull out of the socket" type

I just bought a boat with carburetor and I'm having trouble starting up... It always take about 10minutes and a lot of pumping to get it started...

Just use a touch of starting fluid at the beginning of the season. If you have to use it every time you need to clear the jet

What is the steps do you use after the motor has been running for an 30 to an hour? Do I follow the same steps?
