Pressure shift is unlocked with 25 kendo and 15 speed. It's a strong counter that does half a bar. COUNTER move btw

you can only do the quest every age up. The only way to deL with it is just find a dead server on the serverlist

i think you can use any move but i just use fire because its what i have. if you don't have fire you can always have a friend help you out
