Your right hand accent 1-2&3 (basically beat 3 of bar 2) Is much less rhythmically accurate than your left hand ones, practice that. I think it comes down to left hand tap speed.

Honestly this is really good. It sounds not fully ready but it also seems like you are doing everything right and just with practice it will sound great. Only thing, keep thumbs on sticks.
@TheScorpio19996 күн бұрын
Only thing I would add to this is in the first part; around the first rep of flam fives, it sounds like you're dragging slightly, but you get back in time later on. What's probably happening is your diddles aren't low enough in the flam fives; try lowering them with the met at the same tempo and see if that helps. Decent rep though!

Relax your back fingers more. They really shouldn’t move very much at all, use more of the fleshy part of your thumb to drive and control the stick

is your hand on the left side of the screen comfortable? if it doesn’t feel comfortable and balanced, you might want to adjust your approach to the drum: in matched grip, your elbows are usually going to bend so that your wrists float a couple inches above the drum, and your sticks angle down. it looks to me like the hand of the left side of the screen is lower than the right, with a stick angle flatter than the right. maybe that’ll help!

Use more arm! It looks like the majority of your motion is coming from your hands, which is making you look/sound stiff. Incorporate more arm into your stroke and your singles/diddles will be smoother!

Good writing bud! Just a tip to make your future stuff a little easier to read - the rhythm you wrote for beats 3 and 4 in the first bar is the same as all the other ninelets. So if you want to make it easier for players to understand they’re equal, make sure to write them all the same way 😄
