Dam I wish you were in Chicago. First fight in January and I know I’d win easily if I could train with you full time in person

Sup Coach Anthony? I’m not a boxer, but I’ve got a five year old, and I want him to know how to slip punches, so ,of course, I check in with you for a beginner-refresher, and BANG, there you are, making it happen for us. Appreciate you Brother. Keep up the good work. p.s. ABSOLUTELY LOVE that you say “bang” like Big Teddy when you’re training people man. Good shit. 🦍❤️

One thing I always try to remember ppl only have 2 arms… and you can’t throw both hands at once

If you used to be athletic, have good mobility, reaction and hand-eye coordination…you can easily get in shape and after 1 or 2 years start sparring with young amateur boxers in your late 30s to mid-40s. I know cause I did it 😁

Good video, good topic for a short. I had the same idea with uppercuts on the heavybag too. These are one of those things you run into while working the bag and have to find a way to make it work, and without a coach and learning on youtube you never see this talked about, as far as i know. Thats why i say this is a great topic to discuss in a short. Love your work coach anthony! Much respect to you as always have a blessed memorial day weekend sir

Good s**t coach anthony! When i was a little kid i used to think "shadowboxing" was 2 people standing in front of a light where there shadows projected on a wall and they box each other with there shadows. Lmao i am now years into my boxing journey (im 40 now) but i cant just stop i love to do it too much and i do great because of my experiance but im past my best boxing days, im just not done yet. Ans now i work with my son and othere youngsters and i love to teach and train others too ,but that makes me want to not stop competing even more. It just sucks that we humans get old too fast. (40 may not be "old" to some , but for boxing its usually the end of ones career)

Good solid advice coach! The way you explained that and at the end how you said "head movement" reminds me of teddy atlas. Lol But you are defenently a great coach in your own right. I learned so much from your youtube channel, and i wouldnt be the boxer i am today if i hadnt learned some of the stuff on your youtube videos
