You only can get it from regular or epic keys. Another option is to get it from events/challenges/elite pass

The no turret reminded me of old days when I used to win with siberian kit without even turning turret 😭😅 Challenge#1: Kill the JGR with Mines only, without using any Turret / Hull OD.
