Imma post this comment here cuz nobody's doing it, but I've found out that when you land while moving, Megaman stops for one frame before moving again. It's SHOOTING that will eliminate the running start while not triggering the one frame stop. So when you're looking for the fastest way on start moving, shoot on frame 1. Oh and btw not killing the frogs in Cut Man's stage will not spawn the first two Suzis afterwards.
