All of this stuff would be much more helpful if these features were supported by zapper triggers and actions (along with the appointments and reservations)...Most folks are using a dedicated CRM to communicate with their team and members. It would be way more beneficial to have the API updated for Zapier than to build communication and marketing features that we already have in Highlevel.

I am unclear about one aspect of the video. You mentioned, at one point in the video about receiving text messages from someone who is not a client or a lead. How would this happen? How would they become a lead by simply messaging a phone number. And why would that meesage come to Wodify rather than to the phone the phone number is associated with?

Hey Tony - thank you for your question! When you select a phone number from Wodify, it will exclusively be linked to your gym's SMS functionality. If you utilize this number in your marketing efforts like social media posts or signs outside your establishment (for instance, "text 123-456-7890 today for a free first class"), potential leads might come across this phone number. Hey Crishtian, great question! If your clients have push notifications toggled on in their settings tab, they'll receive all new chats directly to their phone whether that's a lock screen, home screen, or banner notification!

In our box all the members put in their own scores and weight. With this new system its more time-consuming and more difficult we think. Please swish back of keep the same as before.

Hey Laura! For messages to all members, we recommend using our Targeted Announcements feature. This won't allow for back & forth correspondence, but you can customize your announcements, target them to specific programs/locations, and can even send custom push notifications to clients! A couple of comments/questions: 1) Must I only go into core to obtain this functionality? If so - would be nice if it was in the wodify app under the coach view. Any plans to do that? 2) Does the functionality allow you to create group (by class for instance) and then share those with the coaches -- or does each person have to create their own?

This is SO exciting! This will make operation/admin communication with staff AND members SO much easier. Our members REALLY miss GIF's they used to have on SugarWOD, hopefully we/they will be able to add GIF's when the group chat feature is available...Out of all the great things Wodify has to offer, the members were PISSED when they couldn't used GIF's anymore lol...

Do we have the ability to do this in the Wodify Core mobile application? This would be helpful for those of us CrossFit Affiliates (gyms) that do not have a universal computer for members to use. Avoiding those of us gym owners and coaches to walk around with a laptop or tablet, but rather just our mobile phones.
