People should be able to face their accusers, it's written in the Constitution, but why doesn't it apply to cps and the like entities. It is all very well getting video of stuff et c but there is a way to going about doing it - less is more & antagonising everyone in such a rural place will only get more eyes on you & up in your bees wax - try having a less aggressive & confrontational tone with folks - no point ruffling more feathers than necessary.

DSS/CPS have been called by someone in our family who has a beef with us and when I tell you these frequent calls (literal carbon copy has been sent multiple times) have terrorized our family for no reason, it is TERRORIZING. It scares and disrupts our kids who get pulled from class to interview them separately, and it ties up resources for children who are in danger and in need of intervention.

My case was in Los Angeles County. I got my son back but not before our accusers we’re unlawfully given visitation and my son was raped by his relative placement. They lied and filed false statements. They took one thing that was said and twisted it. They ignored actual evidence that proved I did nothing wrong. The investigator admitted openly that all the statements typed in are reviewed by legal and rewritten to support their narrative. When we challenged that this was illegal we were told, “ we are CPS we can do what we want”! We couldn’t sue because by the time I found out about Mr. McMillon the statute of limitations had expired.

i might have known a family many years ago with a similar issue....in their stick built house. septic was there but didnt function. toilet was in home. they had a composting toilet elsewhere in the home, and so passed inspection when they saw the 'connected and working' toilet. such is life. do first, ask permission later, or just pay the fine and make it 'look right' for future.

I took my son who is 14 years old to get his check up at the doctor's office and they asked me to step out to speak privately with him. This was before his check up.
