Hola desde Misiones, Argentina! Tengo 28 años y fui diagnosticado con fibromialgia y la doctora me recomendó yoga. Y soy violinista. Quisiera saber si puedo poner en práctica estos ejercicios como calentamiento antes de tocar, porque ya empiezo a tocar con dolores.

Hola!! Lo primero de todo es consultar con tu médico ya que conoce bien tu estado clínico. Como ya lo has hecho y te ha recomendado hacer yoga, por supuesto, puedes probar con esta disciplina. Los vídeos que subo te podrían venir bien, no son fuertes ni agresivos para las articulaciones a excepción de algunas posturas del vídeo llamado "El saludo al sol para avanzados". De todas formas, todo es empezar y probar. Date un tiempo y, si más adelante se te quedan cortos, puedes hacer un mismo vídeo dos o tres veces al día. Como tú necesites y te encuentres. Me gustaría hacerte dos recomendaciones: 1. No tengas prisa por hacer ejercicios muy avanzados, la mayoría de las veces, menos es más ;) 2. Acompaña cada ejercicio y movimiento con tu respiración, eso te recompensará con un resultado más reconfortante :) Espero que te vengan bien estos vídeos. Un saludo y ánimo con ese violín!! :D
