My daughter in law couldn't hold anything down. OB had her eating a tablespoon of peanut butter so baby was getting some nutrients. I used a small enema to help move the bowels, yes the suppositories r OK but don't tend the move the bowels quick enough

Congratulations !!! Iron supplements can cause constipation. I was nauseaous with both my children for the whole 9mths, could not smell food cooking etc. Welcome to motherhood Shaeeda.
