All medications have side effects. All herbal formulas have side effects. Having hepatitis and contemplating side effects is nothing like having hepatitis c and considering what side effects and considering the side effects is nothing like having it and not being able to get mavyret. My 13 yrs with my wife passed with cancer last yr - I took OTC sleep meds till they quit working, for a year -the horror stories of antidepressants n withdraws I didn't want to take n didn't n all they wanted to give me…suffered insomnia for a yr days with no sleep till exhaustion - still even with this as u cant take it everyday, n trying to sleep on my own again ...but got this, n told em i only took otc meds n dont want nothing addicting, withdraws to get off of either. and feel refreshed in the morning verses vs otc sleep aids, so works for me n prob those who overtaken OTC sleep aids, as your body is used to it IMHO - It's something to switch to, so tolerance don't build taking OTC meds too long, as far as anxiety Na, it works like OTC sleep aids n no side effects, but slight dry mouth like OTC sleep aids give, only took 1/2 mg of the 25mg to start with - haven't taken a whole 25mg yet - it won't knock u out either u do have to relax n help it along for sleep, but worked for me 5 out of 10 n got lucky, based on reviews online, or because of the lower dose and/or im used to unisom n sominex Benadryl stuff. Benadryl was my go to n quit working, so it's this or unisom now.. n using natural sleep aids to try to sleep on my own again, never had problems with sleep till i lost her, i loss my dad n grandmal n slept 10 hrs n never had problems with sleep, but her passing I feel broke me :(...was only 50 thinking it was menopause n butt pain but was cervix cancer tumor :(...

i go here because need to drink this after consulting on doctor..now taking this for 2 days before i comment here...i got symptom i cant sleep...but need to monitor for 1 week.

Definitely take it with food, i had a 12day course and it completely eradicated my gut flora, caused me high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, candida infection, yellow eyes, white tongue, cognitive issues, brain fog and the list goes on. I was taking 2,000 mg of gabapentin for the past 12 years. Actually, my dose started at 800 mg and was changed to 2,000 mg about 4 years ago. It never helped with the neuropathy but I didn't want to stop taking it. 2 months ago I was fully weaned off of it at my request. I never had side effects from it, I just thought it wasn't helping. I don't feel any different and I've tried just about everything to ease my chronic intractable pain but nothing helps. The only medication that helped was fentanyl patches but I had to stop taking it abruptly after my Doctor lost his license to practice medicine when it was discovered he developed an opioid addiction after getting wisdom teeth removed. I couldn't find a Doctor who would write an Rx for the pain patches. They gave me my life back, but now I just suffer on a small dose of OxyNeo. I've tried Lidocaine infusion therapy and THC and CBD drops and they didn't help. I've got a weird body I guess

I never had any of these side affects had my heart check every three months
