I'm getting an error saying "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" in line 25. I tried changing <Text> to <TMP_Text> and <TMPro.TextMeshProUGUI> but none of them seem to work.

FOUND IT - Add this line to your script - using TMPro; Then change the child class names to "ItemName" and "ItemIcon" respectively Then change lines 25 and 26 to this: var itemName = obj.transform.Find("ItemName").GetComponent<TextMeshProUGUI>(); var itemIcon = obj.transform.Find("ItemIcon").GetComponent<Image>(); This worked for me

I have a problem where if I remove an item and then close and re-open the inventory the items come back. I think that it is not deleting the items correcly. Any solutions?

If anyone had the error in the InventoryItemController script that says that 'Button' is not an object put: using UnityEngine.UI; at the top of the script and it will fix it 👍
