That's why I like LaPo, he has different vision on what should be named as the play of the week. Flea Flicker? Checked. Clutch catch by a debuting player? Checked. Receiver making three players miss their tackles and then pushing others on his back to a 2 yard line? Checked. Forced fumble with a fumble recovery by a defense? Checked. One handed catch? Checked. Five plays that are not present in the official top 5 plays of the week. Of course Janarion Grant is number 1. He does so much for Argos... still can't understand how Blue Bombers managed to lose him.

The play you are reviewing at the 9/10 minute mark is one that stood out for me in the broadcast. Especially the view from behind the defence. Acres of open space in the D and Edmonton took advantage of. The hold helped but it was an interesting roll of the dice to load up the strong side and go pretty much all or nothing on the ball going that way.

The Riders defense may be small, but at least they are slow! lol

That catch by Ontaria Wilson that you included... if Lions would've challenge the play, it would've been overturned. There was no catch. Wilson wasn't able to hold on the ball and it hit the ground. But he sold it so well...

I couldn't help but notice that the MOP candidate hasn't been in the plays of the week for a while now. Doesn't seem very "outstanding" to me. Vernon Adams Jr is a hack! BC NEEDS Rourke back... (not gonna happen)

Tre really impressed me when he is on the field. Great scrambling abilities and excellent athletic skills make him a very dangerous QB.

Mobile QBs on the wider 3Dn field makes this game a lot more fun to watch. (vs straight dropback). Which is another reason I hate to see "Cheap Shots' on the QB (Sales!). The league has got to enforce protection for mobile QBs like Alexander and Ford, etc...

I have been watching last few years what the NFL has been posting on KZfaq "FILM ROOM" or "PLAYBOOK"AND WANTING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE IN THE RIDER ORGANIZATION TO DO THE SAME... With with no one to contact. This year since I seen you explaining plays on halftime I was hoping you would go to KZfaq so a person can pause and study. BTW. What's the CFL record for the most consecutive games with at least one return TD from the same player? Grant already has 3 consecutive games with a return TD. Two punt returns and one kickoff return as well. Incredible stuff.

Jalen Philpot's catch was awesome. How he managed to land with his right foot touching the field (with maybe 2 centimeters of leeway)? That might be one of the best plays this season.
