I changed to hose clamps to hold my basket after my zip ties broke. Much more secure now.

Lucked out today. Our HF had this generator as one of their refurbished with today being 40% off that price for ITC members. It was out of the box and didn't have the RV plug, funnel, or spark plug wrench. I'm not RV'ing with it, have a spark plug wrench, and a long funnel. The final price with ITC member discount was $252 plus Tax. Brought it home, and added oil and gas. Works great. A good way to start a Monday.

Idk if you broke it or not. But I can say in over 20 years I've only lost two rods to friends closing them in their doors. Until Yesterday... A brand new Lamson randomly had the tip fly off in the first few casts. I didn't even have a fish on it.

@@WildernessMedic check out Echo Fly Rods. They're one of my favorites And they cast really well. They seem pretty bulletproof. Good thing is Lamson is a pretty stand up company and they usually answer the phone, but that still sucks.

No upgrades to the wire. Mine already had 10 gauge installed. All of the connections to mine are under the driver's side belly up front. I opened everything and double checked the connections before adding the panels. I will be replacing the flexible panel from the factory, but I won't do that until the fall.

@@HugDeeznueces it packs into about the size of the seat. Roughly 20"x25"x15" and weighs 14lbs. It has backpack straps when folded so you can carry it on your back. It is a massive box, but it doesn't have to be.

@@SuperOrion1977 mine was that way when I first set it up, but I loosened everything and was able to get a little more by pulling up on the rack while tightening everything back up. It's still not a lot, but it doesn't catch dirt and mud like it was originally doing.

Have you had any trouble with the shocks moving rotation, I mounted mine the same but for some odd reason the passenger side rotates and reservoir hits the tire!

@@ianramirez3364 there's a hole in the inner fender shroud. Can you try to use that to wire tie it into place using the reservoir line? It could also be the internals that are forcing it to rotate. Maybe let it rotate again, then loosen the reservoir and move it back in place.

I think the spade connections get loose through vibrations over time and that causes it to break connection.

My issue with the lid is not that it doesn't have a latch, but that it doesn't even come remotely close to closing all the way when the grates are on the grill. Is this "normal" for a portable grill like this? I had mine for all of 20 minutes, realized the lid doesn't close all the way and that it seemed to be BY BESIGN and not a defect, and got right back in the truck to return it.

If you are planning to release, I like to throw a mini jig or tube jig on 1/16oz head. Nice tails also work really well along with rooster tails. Fish the edge of the runs with the rooster tails and the deeper runs with the jigs.

@@SaraShepherd-nu6jf you'll pass a lot of creeks on the way there that are good. Peppermint is also a pretty good creek to fish, or at least it was. It pushed a lot of fish out with the major snow melt last year, but I think they're coming back. There's a 4 mile trail that follows along from lower to upper and many of the deeper runs hold fish.
