God dam y'all those hogs sure rip up the swamp, thank God those airboats have such a light foot print y'all. Bet those hogs sure are tasty, living on that lush swamp grass?

Those look so delicious. We used to catch them in a creek near my grandparents house in upstate NY while growing up in the 70's but we would just pinch the tails and eat them on the spot. They were fresh and sweet, but we only caught 20 a day or so by hand. I'll bet those balls are better if you have the equipment to catch them by the 100s. Fun vid.

Could not force myself to stop watching! From the title'screen/thumbnail all the way through - that place of yours looks divine! And your video gave me a direly needed visual escape from the eastern-european hell-hole in which I sadly am trapped against my will. Wish I was in St.Bernard Parish, instead of bulgaria, but alas...

Adding extra vegs is always a plus! Even if the packets have the dried out version of the vegs it'll never be nothing like freshly cooked vegetables 😋

what wood did you use in the smoker

It was a pellet with a blend of the bold flavor woods. I’d use lighter flavor like cherry if I did it again.

Smoking really makes anything taste good... and fish seems to really pickup the smoke... this guy at work asked me if I wanted smoked mullet at first I was like mullet? Really? But it was so good... and for a bait fish you would not think so....
