Thank God that you can not only teach but actually do the rebuilding! I"ve been to college for automotive and I"ve learned more through the internet than I ever could have at school. I will admit that until you get hands on you only have head knowledge! Thank you so much foe your knowledge and expertise that you share with us.

Great video. I'm planning on picking up the 2205A with some Hantek leads for advanced DIY automotive. Also, that relative compression test using AC voltage and DSP is very clever.

This is great. If you wanted to improve the accuracy of the accelerometer at picking up high frequencies, you want to use a stiffer bonding material. Hard Resin is better than glue. Using the usb cable is a good idea because of the shielding. Also, for the frequency, I like to run the frequency spectrum to see all frequencies. Sometimes you have a shaft issue, for example, but also have a bearing worn that is really hard to see unless you look at the spectrum.

Hello.... thank you for the useful video, butvI got a question, I replaced my car Transmission Conductor Plate NAG1 for 2007 Chrysler 300C 5.7l AWD, it works then not shifting, they told me your Transmission need programming to work correct, someone else told me it doesn't need programming, so I got confused does it need Programming as you a professional??? Cuz am afraid to pay money for programming then if it doesn't work then you waste the money for nothing. Thank you

not sure if its been mentioned but you can create templates or forms for liquid silicone. can make the seal sheet with clear silicone for about 20 cents. and as many replacements as neeeded.

How much clearance is between the parking pawl gear and the housing or pawl itself ? Could the tip of one of the teeth be bent up by the parking pawl when put in park while not at a completely stopped and cause a light tap every revolution of the output staff.

I remember years ago it was common to recommend drilling the pressure drain back it the pump cover to in theory help prevent converter seal “blow out”. I did see that happen once or twice waaaaaay back especially after an overhaul. Lately I don’t see that recommendation in the shift correction kits. Is there a reason for this? As in it’s just not needed or has that modification been shown to cause an issue? I do add a bit of Locktight to the converter bushing/seal and always use the seal retention plate as well. Just curious. I am working on a 94 non-PWM 4L60 now and was considering opening up that passage but something made me stop and think about my question.

Hello, thank you very much for your great videos, they are really cool and greetings from Germany, I have a problem. I hope you can help me, I have now installed a new replacement gearbox with converter 722.640 and now I have the problem, before the car shifts into second gear when driving off, the torque converter clutch slams in. So it closes too early/quickly and opens too late. What's going on? The PWM valve has already been replaced. Glycol test is negative. It's an S211 E270CDI.

Pvc pipe, cut in half long ways. Then, assemble both halves around the ring and squeeze. Rotate the halves in different positions while squeezing. Then, finish sizing with whatever components the rings seal.

So if a crossfire goes into a neutral type state after hitting a bump and then resets to normal operation after restart, it most likely is a faulty TCM or wiring to TCM?

I'm really enjoying these videos, unfortunately the transgo kit I bought had a pretty bad lubrication regulator valve - it was super notchy and only after some 2500 grit did it slide into the bore. Not sure if I trust that

With the Oil Pump sprocket you need to be more spacific, there is a raised side and a lower side, can;t just tell people to go off the Dark Link because not all of them have a Dark Link.... Torque Specs would have been great to have too. As for bench checks... Would have been nice if you did it on video so we know what we are hearing and what is normal and what is not normalll....

Would it make sense to delete the disabled parts in the final version? For example, the main video you have is always 'in the background' which adds to the size of the recording and also seems like you could delete it when it's not being shown on the screen. Is there a reason you would or would not leave them in? Also, is there a reason you need to align the audio vs. deleting all of them except for one? Hopefully that makes sense.

My CVT transmission on my Mitsubishi doesn’t shift gears automatically while on drive (D)mode it remains on 1st gear. When I use manual mode (+/-) gears shifts smoothly. Do you have an idea how to solve this issue ?
