Let's clear up something here for people in the comments. There is different types of sugars. Complex ones, artificial, etc. Same thing with fibers, there's soluble ones etc.. I think this man is avoiding sugar that is added to products, not glucose in general. If that's the case, he is doing a pretty good job at it.

Ya, I should have clarified. It’s added sugars and refined carbs I’m cutting out. The sugar in fruit is welcome as due to the high fibre content it has a low glycemic index ☺️

Yah you’re right, mine is a diet choice. Just for a month. I’ll be eating sugars from whole grains and whole wheat as well as fruits.

Using the “strength trainer” and inputting my custom workouts instead of just starting a weight lifting activity has got my strain going to 13 in just one 45 minute gym session instead of 4-5 strain score !!!!
