I told them I was getting myself into a psych ward or at least was trying and I lost a lot of my friends- I had very few in the first place and only have like- I wanna say 2 left by now..?? Not including my bestys- I had more a few hours ago but a big fight struck out among my friends and the ones that originally left told the others to distance themselves- great hearing that come from one of my best friends friend and now my friends. even worse I was trying to get help tonight but my mom invited people on our walk even though I asked her not to so- I turned around walked home and started crying in the bathroom

I’m pretty sure I heard that they do that just so you get angry and stop thinking about what you were before. I think it’s supposed to distract you. But if you need genuine help you should probably tell your parents (if they care, I know some don’t it’s horrible 💔) or a trusted adult.

That dose make since, I was just in so much shock I started laughing while crying and got out of it but it’s still messed up, I would tell my parents but I’m a little scared what the consequences would be for it and I can only tell my mom the most emotional one cause my dad is currently not a safe human.

Awe thanks!!, I hope I get help one day too- I need it but are to afraid to ask- so- I dunno maybe I’ll be brave enough to tell my therapist and she can tell my mom and get me help.
