It's called capillary action. That's what pulls the water through the hose.

I bought a Black Max 3200 psi gasoline power washer last year. I used it four times and it would stutter a bit, then kick in. It was a little frustrating, being brand new. I called customer service and they told me not to take it back to the store that I bought it at, but take it to the nearest service store, which was in the next state. I hung up on them and just accepted it. I put it in the shed after I winterized it. I pull it out today,, the motor started on the second pull, and I was overjoyed... until, there was no water coming out. Then, I had to use channel locks and a vise grip to get the hose off. Instead of having a tube go to the bottom of the soap tank and come out of the top, they have a cap on top and it flows out of a disconnectable clear plastic hose at the bottom. So, if you should hit the bottom of it with a four-inch clearance, the tube comes off and good luck getting it back on with soap pouring out. That is what happened to me after I couldn't get it to work. I called the local lawnmower shop to see if they worked on water pumps and it would cost more than the power washer itself! They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my lawnmower carb last year, so I did what any other man would do, I learned how to fix it myself on KZfaq,. The nice thing about a repair costing more than the machine, is that you can work on it and if you can't fix it, nothing is lost. I'm going to give your repair a shot. Thank you for the video.

Ok, So I have a Chevy as well but the noise mine is making is like a kkkkkkkkkkkk sound, like it's chewing up gravel or dust. It's over on the drivers side somewhere. Can't figure it out. Mine only does it when I'm going slow. :( So the kkkkkkkkkk sound is a sound you would make when trying to get a small child to say the K sound or the sound when you sat Cat, the C sound. I hope that makes sense.

buddy, look at how much water you wasted, for a quicker easier way just put the hose on top of cover in the water, the water will up the hose by itself if you leave it for a few seconds, then plug both ends with your thumb and set it up to siphon, easy peesy, someone showed me this, i'm passin it on to you, cheers

Back before youtube, I jumped in the truck and attempted to back the trailer up to get the seadoos out of the water. Didnt have a clue. Suddenly felt a big bang on the side of the truck, looked over and was shocked to see it right next to me. $500 lesson learned ,which was a lot at the time 😂

Thanks for telling. I bought a pressure washer from Amazon which claimed to "prime" up from a bucket or a swimming pool. Bought, tied and didn't work (worked with the tap and hose though). I think sellers like DEKO PRO should be forthright with the information which is so kindly mad available by kind people like you. Whoa, it is 8 years after you posted the video? Life goes on, Sir!

One of the unsafe thing I was doing was putting OSB on a table that was bit too high and making inaccurate cuts.Right now,I'm making one which is more safer and with more accurate cuts.

I have cartridge filters in my pool, and once every few weeks without fail, rather it’s due to rain, grass being cut and dust and dirt being stirred up, or just cleaning/scrubbing the pool In general, I’ll get this really fine sediment at the deeper end of my pool; Ill vacuum it up,the sediment dissipates but the next day that same sediment will be sitting right back at the bottom of my pool. Definitely going to try this method next time I vacuum.

Safety is often overlooked, especially a saw horse. Clamps should be used to hold down plywood or other woodworking.

Why is that? If you don’t do that you are fighting the pressure of the water when starting it.

7:58 pm. I have 2 of these. They stink. I have replaced the seals many times. I replaced both with the fluidmaster 3 inch. No more ghost flushes and you don’t need a 4 inch unit. I don’t know why American Standard Champion4 hasn’t discontinued this junk?

That seems to be a weak spot with these. Those rollers don’t work well. I’ve just work gloves and hand fed. You would think with the ridgid name on it that it would work better. I don’t mind spending the money if it works well. I’ve noticed a lot of guys using those Milwaukee battery powered snakes on small drains now. Seem to take a beating.

I have a question I have 2 wall outlets and an overhead light, I would like to have the wall outlets stay constant and just use the light switch for the light only. How do I accomplish this? I'm pretty handy and I'm not afraid to get in there and try things.

your wife is right. the e brake should be good enough to park on hill. no need to put car in first gear because firs of all that would damage your transmission if the e brake was too fail in the first place and would if you let someone borrow your car and they diddnt know the car was in first gear the the whole car would stall.

We used to have a great country that demanded that industry adhere to standards. This is absolutely insane to witness. Irresponsible leadership in allowing this breach in quality by the pirates who imposed this LED transition. Where were the engineers? Where were the product testing professionals? They're all just apologists in boardrooms. We're so screwed (no pun intended.)
