I just bought the freestyle and I can’t bind to my e8 radio please help!

I tried a JX CLS6322HV, but it sometimes vibrates when centered at 1500us, on light load. Have you seen this issue with other JX servos? I think it maybe due to the dead-band being only 1us, instead of 2us. Or maybe, it’s the coreless motor. Not sure if this is a major issue, or just a JX quirk.

This I can pop in my cc2500 and it adds what I NEED ? Elrs addition?

my issue with the DW edge,, 3 of 4 pushrods for control surfaces too short, leave landing gear off, its too flimsy and you will be bending them back into shape after every landing. install your wing 1st and make sure its squared up/level, you will find the slot for the stabilizer is out of whack and needs to be tweaked/cut/sanded to assure its level/square with the wing, i did the opposite and had to cut it back off to get it level with the wing, i feel the stabilizer/elevator could be a couple inches longer

You guys had something going with that pocket / drone combo with the updated pocket and bonded drone. I’m not even a drone guy and I wanted that. But I was late!

Again U did not say what Firmware U are using it's very important to say because 3 to 4 years from know when someone is trying to learn they are FKKED.

Great video. You demonstrate how an experienced pilot can "throw" this all around. I am thinking of this to learn 3D. Perhaps you could demonstrate how/why this would be good for a newb to start with. "Gentle" characteristics? slow flight capabilities? easy recovery, etc., etc., or whatever characteristics a beginner should look for. Expert pilots are great but not sure how this translates to us beginners. Very well-done video. Thank you. All the best.

Every time any new comes out I see various people reviewing the product in one day. today I see on my sub list 8 different vids about this radio I still use the original Jumper T8SG radio ( Black and silver one ) for my quads and still use a DX9 Spektrum radio for all my fixed wing aircraft. I did buy a Zorro awhile back but have never used it yet. As my little Jumper still operates well and has no issues, why change Same with my DX 9 works flawlessly and I see no need to use anything else all these constant radios. RX's and goggles etc etc ever changing, ever updating yada yada for me is just not worth the $$ to have to fool with So many see a New shiny thing and they just have to rush to get it And so many YT guru's get theirs free make reviews because they do and others buy stuff on their advice only to learn it is not what they were told by those reviewers . You guys have always been honest and upfront with reviews and products you sell I appreciate that, but i am still not into buy the "new" thing until it is out awhile and the normal users start talking about the product and how it performs on a everyday basis but I am still not into the "new" just because it is...LOL

I love the Radiomaster Radios, they are top notch quality. But I feel they are a bit of a copy cat. Happened with the Jumpter T18, which came before the (better) T16x. And now they are copying the color scheme of the Jumpter T15... whereas the T15 has the full color touch screen. Lets see if Radiomaster copies that too.

first check the box of your radiomaster came as it has to state elrs on the box before it will work with the standard 4 in 1 which will NOT accept elrs .... crossfire option on radio will just hang on that screen.

I'm still using 2.8 on my tx16s max2 (AG01). If it works 🤷‍♂️😁

TL is not Telemetry. daxdadog is correct. TL refers to “Throttle Lock” not telemetry. It is a function that alters fail-safe behaviour. There are two user-set fail-safe options set by Throttle Lock (TL = On/Off in the TextGen menu). User-set fail-safe operates as follows if transmitter signal loss is detected by the receiver: 1) If TL is ON, for the first 0.1seconds a series of Throttle OFF commands (-100% on transmitter channel 1) is sent, then all channels go to logic low. That is, no servo pulses are sent. The effect of this is to force the ESC to zero instantly, then stop servo pulses. This is because a few ESCs will run the motor briefly when signal is lost if the last known throttle channel value isn’t -100%. On a normal electric model the motor stops instantly and the control surfaces will stay where they were when signal was lost while the receiver rapidly looks for a valid signal. If found, full control is restored. After 2 seconds, if user-set fail-safe is set, then the receiver will output user-set channel values to all the connected servos/ESC indefinitely until a radio signal is found. 2) If TL is OFF, for the first 0.1seconds then all channels go to logic low. That is, no servo pulses are sent. In almost all cases on a normal electric model the motor stops (as the ESC detects a loss of control pulses) and the control surfaces will stay where they were when signal was lost while the receiver rapidly looks for a valid signal. If found, full control is restored. After 2 seconds, if user-set fail-safe is set then the receiver will output all user-set channel values to the connected servos/ESC indefinitely until a radio signal is found. This option is for people like the glider guys who use channel 1 as a flight surface control and a sudden excursion to -100% could be fatal. If user-set fail-safe is not set then the receiver will in all cases output no pulses until the signal is restored. John

I don't believe that the "TL" means telemetry on. I think it stands for Throttle lock.

What version of edgetx and the esc script are you using? Im on EdgeTx 2.9.4 with the v1.1 script on a Gen2 7 ch Lemon RX and its not working.
