In an ideal world with easy to scan patients, yes, this could work. In a real world scenario of patients with lung interference and increased body habitus with atypical heart placement, which is most people needing an echo, this is not likely to work without knowledge of how to scan prior to attempting. Also the ability to hold a steady hand and manipulate the pt's breathing to be able to see anything requires additional knowledge prior to. What would be better is having AI do all the measurements automatically for techs off the standardized views so as to decrease the time needed per scan. Being able to take multiple post-processing measurements and Dopplers would be highly beneficial in comparison to this.
