As I firm believer in Jesus, I respect this guy’s honesty. Most atheists can’t or don’t want to come to this conclusion about their beliefs: that if there is no god, there is no such thing as “objective morality”. We are only equal in the sense that we are cosmic accidents, therefore we as humans define our morality, not God. And if that’s the case, you need to accept that one persons idea of right or wrong is no less valid than your own. I don’t agree with him but I respect that he’s honest with his beliefs

You should have respect for everyone. Its ok to say a fact, but saying that respect should be earned is a very worldly concept. Its an excuse to disrespect others. Jesus never disrespected anyone. He was honest, he defended his fathers temple, but he maintained respect at all times with everyone, even though we are all sinners. Thats something to think about. Disapproving of other's actions is ok, but needless disrespect only makes things worse and it makes the disrespected one MORE unwilling to listen and validates their tendency to disrespect others. The bible says to reprove people with GREAT respect.
