What about some of tbese meadures?. Like when they outlawed semi autos and made heavier restrictions on gun ownership and licencing of Law AbidingCitizens. They keep us safe from Ourselves & Other Law Abiding Citizens and that is all. The thugs, The Wannabe Gangstas, The Organised Criminals & The Damn Terrorists still have their guns & the upper hand

Nah. If we look at countries with a lower drinking age, they don’t necessarily have a healthier attitude around alcohol. Lowering the limit to 18 would also expose more underage high schoolers to alcohol because they’d have easier access to those who can buy it

The argument used to restrict the drinking age is honestly flawed on many levels. Look at the Germans. They allow their kids to drink at diner with their parents and they have a much lower issue with alcohol. We should have learned from the prohibition, restricting something drives the desire to participate higher because of the perceived exclusivity….

The main reason they changed the smoking age from 18 to 21 was to hopefully stop/slow down teens smoking... Think they'll find good reason to lower alcohol age limit? I'm not hating just joining the convo

1:00:36 I’m Irish and have been travelling around the world for over a year now and currently living in Australia. I have seen NOTHING that compares to the beauty of my home country. The west coast of Ireland has the best scenery on the planet. It literally looks like it’s from another world so much that they have filmed the recent Star Wars movies there. Search “The wild Atlantic way Ireland”. Dramatic landscapes and incredible people. Hmu if you ever plan to travel there one day. Can show your the best spots for scenery and a pint of Guinness.
