music was wonderful- the two ads in the middle of it took me out of it completely- talk about a distraction- if you must have ads, maybe keep them at the beginning please.

This is kinda therapeutic for me i devloped a technique it even helps me channel anger and rage to hold my breath for a few seconds till I start gasping like I'm drowing...I got a temper like the hulk at times that helps me calm to wear evil thoughts even to slow down my anger to avoid doing stupid that I'll regret without thinking first. It hurts but it helps me calm down as my heart slows down...lets just say the devil gave me that cursed dark power of evil...but with support and encouragement from the lord and my family I'm learning to control it and myself..i react by feeding off negativity like a kyrponite element...i think others have one not just me but this helps me remain with a peaceful mindset some times.

@SecretSerenityMeditation thanks it ain't easy with self control but it's a start it takes patience but practice it hurt my lungs but it helps me calm down before anything stupid and kudos to you too.

Love this! The only thing would recommend is not allowing ads to come through 😂 I had one come about half way through which was a little distracting.
