Good session. Unfortunately for Uganda's case the military, the police, and the judicial system were all born out of the NRA. These institutions have a symbiotic relationship that does not allow for democracy. For example, the military takes orders from the president, like the judicial system. All these institutions should be democratic entities free from the government's influence. Sadly, they are heavily influenced by the president, the same goes for the police.
