Cypher honestly needs some sort of nerf, maybe even back to wires break after one use, because things like that are too busted to the point he becomes virtually an omnipick and almost single-handedly shuts down entire lanes Bind, Ascent, Split, Breeze Icebox is about the only map i haven’t seen him absolutely shut down a site on and lotus is rarer but not unheard of
