Please, I have a problem to connect a rigid wire to 3D wire beam element. I fond some tutorial about how to constraint a rigid body to 3D solid. However it seems the prcedure diffrent in 3D wire? I wish if you could just give me some hints or refer me to another vedio?? Thank you so much for shearing!

one process says grinding the mixture of limestone and clay down to 50-60 um by vortex separation and then sending them to kiln. Others are the grinding process happening after kiln. Which one is better in terms of efficiency and quality control?

How do they prevent the TMD from oscillating in-sync with the structure, which would cause even more violent movement?

I seem to be getting a different Eigen value if I apply 1 pound versus if I apply 50,000 pounds. They’re only about 10% different. Should they be exactly the same? This is regarding linear buckling and some Center solution 105.

Hello Sir, thank you for this awesome video,I would like to ask though, what's the weight of that TMD in comparison to that of the skyscraper,is it smaller or larger and also what's the weight of that TMD in relation to the lateral forces that are to act on the skyscraper,,is it larger than them or smaller, thank you Sir

Hello, and thank you for your video! I am currently using Abaqus in my masters thesis, where we are using buckled beams (similar to the one you used here) as bistable mechanisms. My question for you is do you have a way to easily record data for a force v displacement curve at the center of the beam? Given that it is a bistable mechanism, I’m expecting a cubic term. I think that I have a means of doing it properly right now, but any other input would be great. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
