I buy and sell houses all the time, and basically, the reason why I will not buy houses in Florida is because there are a lot of hurricanes, and most of the insurance companies are leaving florida. It's just too high of a risk for the investment. I spent 45 million in houses for developments and made 3x my money back so that is a hard pitch to buy Real estate in florida.
