I've been too sick to work for over 2 years. I've been to emergency dozens of times, to my doctor over and over, and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. So I've been researching my many symptoms and recently discovered that I have serotonin syndrome. My idiot doctor has had me on 3 serotonin meds for 3 years. Yet he couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. As you know, an overdose of serotonin can kill you. Medical health in this country is useless.

@@VCPRPressingIssues I had most of the symptoms listed- blurred vision, severe dizziness, mental decline, tremors, my digestive system was ruined- severe diarrhea then incontinence, tachycardia and on and on. I quit all the SSRI meds at the beginning of July, and nearly 3 months later I'm still experiencing severe withdrawal. A few days ago I got up abruptly, fell and fractured 2 of my ribs. I found some really knowledgeable and supportive groups on Facebook about serotonin syndrome.

The simulation space at your facility and teaching spaces in general are gorgeous. My wife did a return to practice course there a few years ago and loved it. Great video! #SimTribe

Atypical plasma cholinesterase is a qualitative defect. Pseudocholinesterase is produced in sufficient quantity, however the enzyme that is produced is not functional.
