Du bist wirklich ein großartiger Musiker! Ein Meister! Dein Velvet Green hört sich klasse an! Jeder Part klingt super und es ist ein absolut schwieriges Stück. Und Du schaffst es noch dazu zu singen. Wahnsinn! Echt toll, dass Du das kannst! Thank You for Sharing!

I was fortunate to see Tull in Richmond in 1973. While I always loved "Aqualung" and "Cross-eyed Mary," this was always my favorite Tull song. I think it's one of the greatest rock songs of all-time. You did a great job playing and singing it. I wasn't going to listen to the analysis because I usually don't like that stuff, but yours was good.

Thank you Stewart! Great cover. Yes, Stormwatch is consistently on my regular playlist too. I’ll be back up on the Isle of Stormwatch soon too! … I always take my broadsword with me as, well, you never know if you’ll need it! …Perhaps I’ll see you up there one day?… Till then, … Cheerio! ❤

This is a song that I particulary love and enjoy because it comes from the 1978-1982 period which is my favourite in JT and Ian Anderson history. Immagine my delight in finding it when I first bought the "20 years" box set. It is light-hearted, catchy, with a great vocals melody. In my opinion this is one of the best Ian Anderson's composing period.

Bravo Man!

Thank you Stwart. Such a lovely performance of an IA masterpiece. Some of Tull B sides are just as good as the A side. Kelpie is a side C. 😂 I hope the next concert with Ms D. Palmer is happening soon.

I prefer dropping the pitch one tone. Start on C instead of D. Ian did it that way in the Aqualung album Live charity CD. So to you guitar players give it a go. Either key this song is great.

Stewart, great job. I love this song, probably my fav Tull song. I think you are as ate up about the genius of Ian's playing as am I. Very underrated guitarist. Hard to believe he sold his guitar for flute starting out. More incredible that his daughter told him he was playing the flute wrong when she was taking lessons and learning to play. Anyway, love all your Tull songs. PS Like the Gentle Giant album over your right shoulder. Also, a fan!
