Both Sunday Silence and Easy Goer were great horses and listening to both Hancock's talk about their horses is to me great but Seth Hancock had the better horses .

Stone Farm. 22hundred acres was to small of a piece of yard, to keep Sunday Silence there post racing career, even when that magnificent horse saved the farm, and put plenty of cash in his pocket. Gosh!... "He thinks about Sunday Silence everyday." please... give the true fans a freak.in' break! Most fans don't know what exactly happened to that horse in Japan. Some believe, that he is buried there, but that is what the farmer said, no one was there to do the praying. Tragically, Sunday Silence may have as well ended in the slaughterhouse just like Ferdinand did. Let that beautiful horse alone, rest in peace.

9 years later, I will now admit that it was my squad that lit up Sargent Torres during night FTX. The whole camp got smoke that night, but no-one told…. Good times. Almost a pity y’all had to start over. It was basically the “Stanford Prison Experiment” when I was there. I learned a lot about the inhumanity that comes out when given arbitrary power.

Even though Sunday Silence held the 3 to 1 edge of Easy Goer i feel if these 2 Horses met again for the 5th time at Arlington Park like they were supposed to that Easy Goer would have had a 90% Chance of beating Sunday Silence...Especially after the Classic where Easy Goer closed to miss by a Neck at 1-2 Odds on the Speed favoring Gulfstream surface in the Classic...Dont think Easy Goer would have lost to Sunday Silence again

He was sold because Arthur Hancock needed the money to save his farm. Hancock was able to save Stone Farm. Also Sunday Silence didn't have the greatest conformation, and had a nasty temper.
@suzanneyoung80113 жыл бұрын
Arthur Hancock would have loved to have stood him at stud at his farm. But the Kentucky breeders wouldn't support him. He had no choice but to sell him to the farm in Japan because he couldn't syndicate the horse here.

I had to pick up human shit once, no gloves, no papertowls. I had to pick up and dispose of with my bare hands human feces. I also once had to clean out the area around a burst septic pipe. At least got a bucket and another guy to help me this time. A few other cadets had to help in the boiler room. The vans they used to transport half the time didn't have all the seats. Cadets just sat on the floor of the vans. I think I might have a wee bit of a reason to bitch.
