How do you know it's 2,600kg? If it's 3.5t, then yeah, your payload would be 900kg however you have to take the driver and all your equipment into consideration

We've been on it for 3 years already 🙃 some weeks we take no work some it's all we would do. I think it's a good tool to have as long as you get work elsewhere, either by geting own customer or finding warehouse that sends you out every day and you'd use cx to get back

Interesting, didn't think you press break harder with a shoe 🤔 then again our modern vans all have abs and it doesn't take a lot of force to fully press the break pedal down

Agree 👍 overall I can't complain about this work. We've been doing it for almost 2 years

Wickes has droped by about 50% but in July it worked really well as we started doing Argos deliveries in the afternoons.

I don't normally break down earnings day by day because fuel and van costs are either monthly or weekly expenses. However my best estimate for this day would be about £50 of profit

Nie polecam. Znacy sie praca fajna, można sporo zarobic ale prace z jednej platformy to nie jest dobry pomysł. My placimy za cx i prawie go nieużywamy.

@@sratatata24 Na początku możesz mieć problem z dostawaniem prac, zanim prace komuś sprzedaję to wszyscy sprawdzają feedback. Styczeń-marzec jest mało pracy, do tego na grupach na fb narzekają ze stawki są małe. Pozatym są lepsze i gorsze czesci kraju do takiej pracy

@@sratatata24 sam musisz poszukać czegoś w twojich okolicach bo to co my robimy może u ciebie nie działać. Mam 2 vany co Wicksa robią 5-6 dni w tygodniu, jak jest cicho to na cx czegoś szukam. Tydzien temu ktoś znalazł nasz numer na cx i zaoferował 3x w tygodniu odbiór paczek dla yodla, miało być na małego busa który odbiera próbki z aptek ale paczki okazaly sie za duże, także jeden z dużych musi to robić. Ostatnio zaczęliśmy robić przeprowadzki, mało mil, dobrze płacą ale ciężka praca. Wczoraj zaoferował nam Argosa na 2 dni na jednego busa, a już dzisiaj jest mowa o 7 dniach i 3 busach.

High 40's, even 50s on long motorway runs, apparently diesels can do 60+ mpg Yeah, a lot of parts will fit but seats are a little complicated, belive you need a bracket and we're starting to think bigger connect or custom would be better fit for our fleet 🤔

Only small jobs like oil and filters change. Recently had clutch replaced on boxer and gearbox refurbished in sprinter, you need a lot of space and equipment to do that🙃

@@BKarol i have a vivaro lwb cost me 15K my insurance is 4K i had a ban 2 years ago cx is £1600 a year now Wear and tear and service on van 2K a year Deprecation on van 2K a year Fuel is like 1.50 a litre How the fook can you make the job pay running around at 80p or even £1 a mile its minimum wage from where im looking in do please explain how to make a living on the CX PLS

@@stevebills22 The 80p from last video you refer to is actually a unique day, using large van to do a small job - average day on cx for luton is £400 however we don't run on cx everyday. Also your cost's are very high - we pay similar amount for cx but for 3 vehicles! (I've read on fb group courier's hub self employed members pay around £800) fuel is 1.36 per liter this week. Based on your comment I would suggest going on a flat VAT rate, you can boos up your revenue and look for a decent fuel card supplier. Please look for other sources of work, as great as CX is I wouldn't use it for 100% of revenue.

It's better then boxer but not even close to transit seat. To be fair majorty is loaded within 30 minutes, this was exception, urgent weekend job 🙃

I was only planning to be there 1h max 😂 Power banks are great but I tend to use my phone as nav so it's pluged in while driving. To use transits apple play or android auto you need to plug phone anyway 🙃

Many factors influence the price, I can't really say what you specifically can get. We just renewed cx despite it only contributing 1/4 of our monthly revenue. This might not be the best time to join as a lot of work is given based on feedback and new members tend to struggle for first few months and then January will hit when theres not much work

Scrapped now, 200k and gearbox or clutch issue. Replace it with Transit Courier. Good shout to keep spare van 👍

I think bigger is better 😌 we run 4 vans now and 2 are on cx, Luton and Small transit courier. Big van always gets minimum of 2 jobs while small sometimes runs empty home. As for the brands, we have recently scrapped this combo, while searching for replacment I have been very impressed with fords so I'll recommend them but a lot of equipment on them is optional, look out for high spec versions 😉 also Connect might be a better choice, we had 2 issues on cx so far, customer asked for small van but goods were too big to fit this, still got paid but it kind of messed up the day 🙃

@@BKarol Thanks for the reply bud, I am planning looking to get a Peugeot Partner now, found a very low mileage one owner FSH one very local to me very cheap. I used to drive Luton's for a living and tbh I love them but finding a decent one second hand is very hard. I would like one at some point but we will see what happens.

@@stateofmind91 no more used for us. They cost more then new with all that extra repair and maintenance 😂

@@BKarol I find that people either seem to love Lutons or hate them. I get the impression that tbh they are not much use for CX etc unless you are doing regular RDC to RDC work (I know Pete loves them) but they are very good for removals etc, I love driving them but I think the cost of running one myself would make me cry... Best of both worlds is a LWB panel van with a tail lift.

@@stateofmind91 True, our next luton is gone be without tail lift and with curtains. Saying that I'm also planning to buy a pannel van, Luton will go on cx and our own customers and pannel van will most likeley be subbed out for multi drop. We had about the same success with pannel van and luton on cx, if you run it well anything can make good money, it's a little easier if you can tak any size job 😉

This was 1.3, soo much fun 😊 costed less then £900 but sadly died after 60k miles with us... suspect gearbox or cluth

Hello, can't remember, my guess would be round £300-400 per month, was 24 when starting it. Insurance is very individual, we switched to fleet and the overall premium dropped

Hello, I've started on multi drop - it was 6-8 weeks then bi weekly payments from cashflow and payment point of view this was easy however revenue and work hours were not great. I'd say CX is 50% end of month + 30 days (6-8 weeks) and 50% 30 days from invoice - first 2 months are the hardest then cashflow is good

Think book price is 30k, we jumped on one already on order for 27k and waited 12 weeks but could get it cheaper on factory order with 40 weeks wait

@@BKarol I can remember a couple of years ago, got my self a newish transit, 15k van, did a 2 van job of cx , the van work along side me was getting the same money , van was a rite shed - worth a grand tops 🙈

I'm glad you did it! Fords are sooo nice We have Transit Courier, transit, boxer and sprinter luton. Honestly only luton is on cx right now, rest is subbed to other companies on regular work and other drivers used them. I'm jumping between them all covering work when drivers are off as this new transit can't take long items 😂 think we'll get another transit or two next year this time L3 or 4 (if I can find auto at good price)
