You said to base your hair first before relaxing, but you did not say what to base it with. My stylist uses mineral oil, but I have a new stylist now, and she said to use a conditioner only on the edges. Which one is correct?

I love the way you explain everything in such great detail while also giving pep talk like don't give up!! I have very long, straight, slick hair, and I give up every time I try because I confused myself and forget where I am or mess it up and give up. But I think I got this now. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO 🙏🤗🥰🤞♥️

Wow, I’ve been combing my wet hair all wrong. I use all of the correct products ( Wet Brush and wide tooth combs). But, I’ve always started from the roots and I use a detangling spray. Thank you for these tips!!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not sure if I will get a response, but I am going to submit my issue. Please send a response: I am a longtime natural, over 10 years. I wear my hair in braids. I became frustrated with my hair because of the different curl patterns. I have very loose curls in the front around my face. The crown is tight. The back is looser, but tight. I really want my hair to have some length when I wear it out. When I wore it out, it would grow into crazy wild hair. I am tired of the braids but I do not know what to do with it: Do I wear it straight- blowdried? Do I wear it curly? Should I get sisterlocks ( my sister in love does them)??? I like to workout and it lower my morning routine time. Please advise:

This was too much information and no message! 😅 I didn't understand anything. Plus that video was too distracting.

In case you carry out these steps, it will help control hair fall, just like it helped me. Keep your scalp fresh by cleansing it regularly. Use a gentle shampoo. Make sure to get enough sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with litttllextra cocoonnnion shampoo. Apply some oil to your hair 2-3 times a week. After cleansing your hair, lightly pat it dry with a soft towel.

The finger technique is helping me understand greatly! I want to show this video to my straight-hair-homies so they can help me keep my hair protected and fashionable while I grow it out more! ^ o ^ Thanks for the wonderful insight!

(And also the tip about slowing the video down was great! I've never thought to do that but it's very helpful and makes a lot more sense instead of replaying parts over and over again to try and understand what I'm looking at 😂💓)

I was told you can bleach relaxed hair, but can’t relax bleached hair. Also, you wait at least 2 weeks before you bleach the relaxed hair. Get a professional to do both processes!

OMG I've watched SO many videos trying to figure out how to add the hair as you go Without lifting the braid up or making it too loose! This finally helped me get it!!! Once you stop focusing so much on how much hair to add, which piece to add it to, etc., it becomes so much smoother and easier naturally! Thx so much for this video ❤❤

Question I learned that the nozzle should touch the hair and should always be a few inches away from the hair. Is that correct or? Got fine hair therefore being extra careful

Thank you so much for your channel Linwood. I found you via an Instagram video and knew I had to subscribe to your channel. I have 4b/4c natural hair. I have been relaxed since I was 7 and big chopped last December. I'm wearing my hair in an afro for the first time ever and you make learning and getting to know my hair so fun. Thank you for all the knowledge put out there!

This should have been common sense. Why would you go and put another chemical product in your hair a week after putting a chemical product in your hair it's TOO MUCH CHEMICALS. She was asking for her hair to fall out I hope she didn't damage her scalp too much 😢

I usually air dry my hair which takes hours. When I do use a defuse with a hand held blow dryer, I use the warm setting. In other words, I can place my hand in front of the nossle for an extended amount of time without burning.
