Are they public servants? Looks like they are working for a private company. Should they not identify themselves and provide any images taken if requested. Private citizens can film in public.

It’s a bit of a shit job to have tbh, and one probably created because we lack genuine police staffing to work in community. I think filming them for no reason other than to provoke a reaction is just a waste of time and wonder what is the point they are making here?

Don't forget that filming in public isn't a crime or an offence ! , And these 2 clowns approached me to try and assert some sort of authority over me that they didn't have . And isn't it better to educate people rather than punish them with heavy fines for a very minor offence of unintentional littering because the councils no longer provide enough litter bins in the public areas .
