Great video!!!! I love the idea of reflecting on your goals for the month. I’m currently working on the same goals through the month of May that I started in April. I’ve been unplugging more this month.

This is the comment I've been waiting for! I looove this! We don't have to scrap all of our goals because it takes us longer than a month. I feel like that's too much pressure and we have plenty of time. I am practicing unplugging but I'm not sure how well I truly did in April (since I haven't been getting to sleep) But May is an new chance to build that consistency. Thank you for being here! ♥
