Wayyyyy too many different colors and textures in the bathroom, you should stick to 2-3 max different materials within one room

I know what you mean about M&S food, for me its Sainsburys Taste the Difference, a "treat meal" isnt about calories to me, its spending a lil extra, but still less that a take away.

@@staceya7870yes. In the UK & rest of Europe, the ground floor is different from the 1st floor. UK 1st floor = US 2nd floor.

I’ve been doing up my fixer upper for 3 years on my own and my conservatory was that storage room and I too can’t stand dust I have about 20 gloves and also hung onto materials because the price increase in 2020 was diabolical I just made plinths out of scrap wood from deliveries for my dishwasher cabinet honestly proud moment , I’m not binning anything til I’m 100% finished and even then I’m keeping paints for touch ups and the odd few bits of floor incase a section gets damaged at least I have a spare

Your media wall might be a good idea to make it easily adaptable to swap out the size of your tv unless your going for 55 inch tv and above then your fine but if your going smaller it’s definitely something to consider as jumping from a 42 inch to a 50 55 is a dramatic difference in width and height and if you ever need to reset your tv don’t be like others who have pulled it all out to reach the back just go to your electrical box and flick the switch there future proofing and ease of accessibility is a must

I have a sisal runner with navy edging black rods and my stairs are painted white I have oak newel caps and at the tops and bottom hallways are shag pile sapphire navy carpet , I tied it together by having the edging of the runner in navy blue and the furniture in the hallways are white with oak tops and navy and brushed gold brass hardware it seamlessly flowed together and looks very intentional.
