Removing a lot of objects was just to boost the performance back then, RDR 2 is a prime example of what Rockstar can make, all the vegetation, weather, lightning is still my favourite till date

There's this mod called Beta Map Restoration that aims to bring back all those map elements that were removed from the game like the vegetation for example
