I heard this kind of "hootnanny" this morning around 5-5:30 a.m. Have seen large groups of barred owls in my yard through the years.

Everybody misses, you worked that bird very well. Quick Question, I have a hard time following your videos, found it alot easier when you numbered each year. I try to watch them all.

Lol I see I'm not the only one who thought it was either a bunch of lunatics, monkeys, or birds outside. At least one of my guesses were right.

I can tell you’re like me. Kinda hate being tied to a field and having to biv-wack birds is what I call the deer huntin them method. Only like fields if there’s a ditch, hill, burm that give me options to move on em. Ran up on a hot field bird on public in Indiana about a month ago. Peeked out and saw this hill that gave me cover to get to a 4’ Berm. I was like oh buddy you are so screwed lol. Gave me the option to slip out and stick a hen decoy in a sapling I broke to make it visible in the tall fescue. Then I could yo yo 40 yds back and forth to call and make the Tom break. He came across perfect and gave me the shot I needed crouched behind a clump of grass and a fence post. Ended up a double beard stud with 1 1/4” spurs. I always loose patience with fields birds unless I observe a geographical terrain feature I can use.
