If you ever forget make up remover again you can just use the hotels, body lotion! I don’t even buy makeup remover anymore anymore. I just use my regular body lotion at home too.😊

Get 2 smaller white pillows to go in front of the darker ones on your bed. That way you’ll be able to see them more but won’t be too much

I had really bad acne on my cheekbones (predominantly my left side) and it was deep and cystic and painful for soooo long (literal years) but la rouche pousay 3 step treatment system helped get rid of the bumps itself, and then Paula’s Choice BHA on a cotton swab every morning & evening helped get rid of the red scarring and my skin looks the best it has in years!

not sure if you’ve ever mentioned this in a video before, but have you ever gotten your hormones checked ? i feel like the type of acne you have could be hormonal… i know it’s not a natural solution but certain birth controls help with hormone balancing, they’ll synthesize progesterone and block testosterone

I had severe cystic acnee for 7+ years. You should maybe have a look into Accutane or Spironolactone. Retin-A 0.0025% or Tactupump forte could be great topic options as well. Benzacline gel could also be suggestion to consider with a dermatologist. I tried a lot of supplements and different approaches and prescription meds really did the trick.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO AVICLEAR!! I started to get adult acne in my late 20s (had super clear skin my whole life) and spent years trying to get it under control and even went on accutane for 9 months. I wound up doing the aviclear laser and it seriously changed my life!! my skin is finally under control and i never break out anymore even throughout my pregnancy and postpartum my skin has stayed clear

I'm not a doctor or certified in anyway to dish out this advice, so I don't want it to be received like it's coming from a place to defame your supplement regime or brand, but I thought I'd offer a thought in hopes that it'll help. So I will say, while there are many hormonal changes that someone can go through as cause for acne, have you ever considered it has been your increased intake of supplements over raw whole foods? I've been a follower of the channel for a long time and love your content (and have purchased PWDRS pre workout and really enjoy it) but I do see that overtime as you guys have been testing and promoting a supplement company while also using many other supplements, which as clean they may be, they do still need to undergo levels of processing that may not agree with you and be one of the causes for acne.
@Kylieholbeck16 күн бұрын
I try to get most of my macronutrients from food! I know i’m missing some micronutrients (that are just hard to find in food) so that’s why I supplement ! 🤍 as for PWDRS I mostly just take pre workout which is just for fun :) I rarely supplement with protein powders!

Not sure if you have tried this but Medical Grade skin care has changed my skin completely. I use the Acne system from Zoe skin and its fantastic. I used to have very cystic acne and these products have helped so much more than anything you can get from Sephora.

Did you like the botox on your traps? did it work or do you feel less tension on your traps? also are they less noticeable when you wear tank tops? I have huge traps and I am so interested in botox but I don't want to do it if you don't see a difference!

I’ve been using charcoal face wash along with neutrogena stubborn acne cream (orange bottle) from Walmart. The face wash is the Walmart brand (equate). I wash my face in the morning and at night before bed and apply the cream after each wash. This has transformed my skin. I looked for a solution for years. I’ve struggled with acne for a long time. I still breakout sometimes but this keeps me pretty cleared up! May be worth a shot!

About the acne... What hair products are you using? Hair at times touches/rests on the face. ALSO! What's the fabric of your pillow cases?? Perhaps the sheets can stay on their wash schedule, but the cases are done one like a Tuesday/Thursday vibe? Hope this helps.

You should try hypochlorous acid spray (definitely didn’t spell it right lol) you can get it from the company called Prequel! It is super great for acne prone and very sensitive skin. it pretty much cleans ur skin from any bacteria that causes acne and can help with sensitivity!

Firstly, I personally agree less is more but people hit a wall after a long time of having acne where they’ll try anything. No reason to be unkind. Also, yes, each person probably only needs one remedy but you never know what that’ll be til you throw everything at it but the kitchen sink in my experience. Also, either you’ve never had acne or you’re lucky to not be self-conscious about it but it’s understandable to be insecure and frustrated.
